Ans: The most common bugs I have faced are not including enough details for insurance companies to process a claim clearly and accidentally inputting incorrect procedure codes and costs.

Ans: I will review and confirm the procedures they had done in the first place, then check each code and what part of the procedure it relates to and ask if they had questions after every one.

Ans: Here are the medical coding types,  diagnostic pharmaceutical codes, topographical codes, procedural codes and outcomes codes.

Ans: While entering medical coding data, I get into typing in numbers while carefully scanning patient files to quickly enter initial data.

Ans: For my previous employer I frequently processed forms with details regarding my colleagues’ accommodations and disabilities. I kept that info confidential and would never discuss that with anyone.

Ans: in my previous company I have worked in the past use a digital bill paying portal along with a paper system to maintain back up of patient files in the case of an error with the database server.
